Impact

WOMEN'S WAY has put over 23 million dollars to work right here in our region.

We utilize our expertise in issues relating to women and girls to invest in the community in a responsive way - both through longer-term partnerships with dynamic nonprofits serving women, girls and families and through the Community Women's Fund which allows us to address the immediate, time-sensitive needs of women and girls.  We've funded vital projects such as sexual assault survivor counseling, women's maternal healthcare, girls' empowerment programs, work readiness, financial literacy, supportive housing and shelters for survivors of domestic violence - just to name a few.

We've courageously advocated for policies to improve the lives of women, girls, and families.

We are often the only voice in the room that represents the full range of women's issues.  Our strength as a multi-issue organization helps us examine policies with a holistic approach.

We've brought to light terrible injustices, inequalities, and dangerous issues.

Sometimes the most difficult part of our work is the lack of understanding.  We spend countless hours informing the public about current day issues and solutions.

We've become the go-to entity in our region on women's issues.

We engage and convene people from all walks of life to create a truly "powerful voice for women."  We have become the "go-to" organization for advocacy and expertise relating to women and girls - by legislators, nonprofits and the general publical.  As a result, our work is uniquely strategic and multilateral.

We've spoken out, rallied support, put our money where our mouth is, and been an effective champion for the women and girls of the Philadelphia region.
