WOMEN’S WAY is embarking on this strategic initiative to maximize the impact of our supporters’ dollars.
WOMEN’S WAY seeks to fund mature, women-led organizations employing best practices to serve women, girls, and families in the Greater Philadelphia area. All organizations must have programs consistent with our mission, values, and funding philosophy.
The funding priority areas agencies will correspond with WOMEN’S WAY’s mission elements: equality, safety, self-sufficiency, and reproductive freedom. We will make our best efforts to fund agencies over diverse areas and issues, but our primary goal is to support well-run agencies with effective programs that closely match our mission.
WOMEN’S WAY will select a cohort of organizations to become Action Partners. The cohort will complement WOMEN’S WAY’s own programs and enhance the ability of both WOMEN’S WAY and its Action Partners to achieve the goals set forth in WOMEN’S WAY’s mission statement.
