The Young Women's Initiative (YWI) is a dynamic group of women under the age of 40 who are prepared to lead WOMEN'S WAY into the future. Founded in 1997, the Young Women's Initiative works collectively to increase the knowledge and awareness of issues relating to women, girls and families in the greater Philadelphia community. The Young Women's Initiative is a great way to get involved in WOMEN'S WAY - and the larger women and girls nonprofit community. There are great opportunities for education, advocacy and networking with other younger women in the community who are similarly passionate about WOMEN'S WAY's mission. There are a number of different committees and ways to get involved through the YWI. For more information, please e-mail Kim Arena or call 215-985-3322.
