Women for Social Innovation to hold Applicant Information Session on 11/2/09 for Turning Point Prize Award

Women for Social Innovation (WSI), a Philadelphia area giving circle that provides financial support for and advises a donor advised fund of WOMEN’S WAY, is calling for applications for a $15,000 grant to an emerging social entrepreneur whose idea holds promise to improve the life for women, girls and families in the Greater Philadelphia area.

WSI will be hosting a grant application information session for applicants interested in learning more or submitting an application for the 2nd annual Turning Prize Award. The workshop will cover specific applicant s’ questions on the application guidelines and eligibility and the grantmaking process.
