Tracey Pachman has served on virtually every committee WOMEN'S WAY has to offer. She brings a tremendous commitment to the issues, as well as creativity and insight to all of her volunteer work.
Tracey was introduced to WOMEN'S WAY in 2003 when she attended the Powerful Voice Awards event. She then served on WOMEN'S WAY's Young Women's Initiative Advisory Board where she eventually took on a leadership role as committee Co-Chair. In the years to follow, her contributions continued through her involvement in fundraising efforts, the Community Women's Fund Committee, and the selection process for the Ernesta Drinker Ballard Book Prize. As WOMEN'S WAY approaches two significant mile markers, the organization's 35th anniversary and the Young Women's Initiative's 15th anniversary, Tracey will play a key role in shaping a full year of celebrations.
"I love working with and supporting WOMEN'S WAY, not only because I admire how WOMEN'S WAY constantly evolves to identify the most urgent and persistent issues facing women and families and serve those needs, but because it provides me the opportunity to connect with many amazing people who are also passionate about those issues." - Tracey Pachman
