Kristen Ricci is a passionate advocate for empowering women and driving meaningful change toward gender equality across all aspects of life.

Kristen is currently Senior Counsel in Holland & Knight’s Philadelphia office, where she focuses on data privacy and cybersecurity. She guides clients through the complex and ever-evolving privacy landscape, crafting practical, risk-adjusted solutions that drive innovation and sustainable growth. Kristen advises organizations across a broad range of industries, with deep experience in telecommunications and entertainment, financial services, digital health, and emerging companies. Kristen also dedicates time to pro bono legal services in support of children’s education and animal welfare.

Kristen resides in Wayne, Pennsylvania, with her husband and their three children.
