WOMEN’S WAY to receive WOAR’s Sing Out Loud: Singing for Survival Award!

WOAR honors WOMEN’S WAY with the Sing Out Loud: Singing for Survival Award for their work in supporting survivors of gender-based violence. The award will be presented during WOAR’s Virtual Event, Sing Out Loud, on April 22nd at 6:00 pm.  The award is in support of the event’s theme of “shattering the silence often surrounding sexual violence by uplifting and using your voice;” diverse & distinct voices and perspectives need to be represented; and equity achieved thru community.

WOMEN’S WAY is deeply honored to receive WOAR’s Sing Out Loud: Singing for Survival Award for our work in supporting survivors of gender-based violence. Our vision is to eliminate all forms of sexual violence so that all women and girls can live safely and thrive. It is through partnering with outstanding organizations like WOAR that we can realize our collective vision of a world free of gender-based violence.”- Diane Cornman-Levy, Executive Director: WOMEN’S WAY
