This Earth Day, it is vital that we consider the intersection of climate justice and feminism. It is no secret that our climate becomes more and more endangered everyday. It is imperative that women recognize how environmental racism impacts us worldwide. Climate is an issue that disproportionately impacts low-income and Black women around the world, and especially in Philadelphia.
WOMEN’S WAY is the Greater Philadelphia region’s leading nonprofit organization dedicated to the advancement of women, girls, and gender and racial equity.
