50 Years of Collective Action for Gender Equity
For 50 years, WOMEN’S WAY has advanced gender equity across Greater Philadelphia by investing in local leadership, supporting community-led solutions, and driving systemic change. Together, we’ve moved millions of dollars to grassroots organizations, shaped policy, and centered lived experience in conversations about wealth and opportunity.
As we mark this milestone, we know the work is far from finished. The gender wealth gap continues to grow, and lasting solutions still come from community. This moment invites us to reflect on our history while igniting a bold vision for the next 50 years.
Our 50th Anniversary Engagement Campaign is a year-long celebration and call to action featuring stories, events, community conversations, and special gatherings that uplift the leaders and partners driving change across our region.
We are also proud to launch the 50th Anniversary Fund, supporting the next evolution of our Young Women’s Initiative and investing in the leadership, health, safety, and economic security of young women, girls, and gender-nonconforming individuals.
