Recap: 43rd Annual Celebration: Breaking Down Barriers

On May 13, we held our 43rd Annual Celebration: Breaking Down Barriers, our signature annual event, and one of the most highly anticipated and attended non-profit events in the Greater Philadelphia area! Though things looked a little different this year, we were still able to come together to celebrate the values of equity and justice! Thanks to your generous support, we were able to raise $225,615! We couldn’t have done it without you! If you haven’t seen the program book, view it here.

This year’s Lucretia Mott Honoree was Aimee Allison, for her work as the founder and president of She the People, a national network elevating the voice and power of women of color. We also presented the Gender Equity Champion Award to Leslie E. John, Esq. for her long-term support of WOMEN’S WAY and her commitment to the advancement of women, girls, and gender equity.
